Maintenance Plan & Subscription Agreement

By enrolling in the Protect My Roof Maintenance Plan (“Maintenance Plan”), the homeowner agrees to enter into a recurring subscription agreement. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of enrollment. By submitting payment information, the homeowner authorizes Protect My Roof to charge the selected payment method in accordance with the subscription terms.Maintenance Plan repair benefits do not become active until six (6) full consecutive monthly payments have been successfully processed.

After the six-month waiting period, the Maintenance Plan includes labor-only coverage for qualifying roof repairs, subject to the following limits:

• Up to $500 in labor per minor repair
• Up to $1,000 in labor for larger qualifying repairs

Labor coverage applies only to labor performed by Protect My Roof or its authorized contractors.

All materials, parts, and supplies required for any repair are not included in the Maintenance Plan and must be paid for separately by the homeowner prior to repair work being performed.

The Maintenance Plan does not cover full roof replacements, structural damage, pre-existing conditions, cosmetic issues, or damage caused by storms, hurricanes, floods, fire, or other acts of nature. Insurance-related work is excluded.

The Maintenance Plan is not an insurance policy or home warranty. It is a preventative maintenance and limited service agreement only.

Protect My Roof reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Maintenance Plan coverage for non-payment, misuse, unsafe conditions, or material misrepresentation. The homeowner may cancel the subscription at any time; previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
